The International Police Academy (IPA), formerly known as the International Police Organization Academy, is an Intergovernmental Organization (IGO) under the UNIPOL International Police University.

Our mission at The International Police Academy (IPA) is to promote international standards in police and military training by facilitating the sharing of best practices, training programs, and expertise between academies and universities worldwide. Our goal is to enhance police officer performance, improve public safety, and reduce crime rates by providing academies with the tools and resources needed to stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in law enforcement training.
