A significant cooperation agreement was recently signed between the International Police Academy

UNIPOL International Police University

(formerly known as the International Police Organization Academy) and The International Police Association, aimed at training and enhancing the skills of police and military personnel in Uzbekistan.




This agreement marks a strategic step toward strengthening the security and defense capabilities of Uzbekistan and reflects the commitment of both institutions to support and develop the region’s security forces.


The agreement was signed by the Regional Director of the International Police Association, Insp. Murat Atadjanov, and Dr. Alexander Jan A. M (Hany EL Zahar), the Executive Director of the IPA Academy, (formerly known as the International Police Organization Academy).

This partnership serves as a model of effective collaboration in the field of security training.




As part of this agreement, the directors and guests conducted a site visit to the training facilities and offices of the academy in Dubai. The visitors expressed their deep admiration for the advanced infrastructure and were highly appreciative of the warm hospitality they received. They also praised the high level of professionalism demonstrated by the academy, underscoring the importance of this partnership in bolstering security and stability worldwide.


This agreement is part of the ongoing efforts to support and develop the capabilities of police and military personnel in Uzbekistan and Asia, contributing to the enhancement of the country’s security forces and overall safety.
