International Police Academy Appoints Inspecteur Farid Massoud as Academy Director for the Netherlands Section
Brussels, Belgium – The International Police Academy UNIPOL is proud to announce the appointment of Inspecteur Farid Massoud as the Academy Director for the Netherlands Section. Under the guidance of IPA and Dr. Alexander Jan M (Hany El Zahar), Executive Director / Founder & CEO of the International Police Academy UNIPOL, alongside key contributions from Prof. Yuval Binstoc, Sir Junustia Brecen, and Rtd. Senior Superintendent Police Shuaib Adam Hsc Oly Vj, International Director of Law Enforcement, Police, and Military, the Academy is thrilled to appoint Inspecteur Massoud to this prestigious role.

Inspecteur Farid Massoud has dedicated over 25 years of exemplary service to the Royal Dutch Police (Koninklijke Marechaussee), becoming a prominent leader in the Dutch police force. His career began in the Dutch Emergency Police (Politie Noodhulp), where his operational effectiveness and leadership potential were quickly recognized. Through his service in various crucial departments, he gained invaluable experience and developed a deep understanding of complex law enforcement dynamics. His key areas of expertise include:
