This prestigious appointment is a testament to Dr. Robinson's exceptional leadership and dedication to the field of law enforcement and community service.



About Prof. Dr. Carl Robinson:


President of Harvest Christian University’s Georgia A. Robinson Police Academy and Harvest Christian University Royal School, Commissioner of the International Police Force, and Chief Justice of the International Patriarchal Force, Dr. Robinson's career is a shining example of leadership and excellence.


Dr. Robinson's journey is marked by distinguished service in the United States Army, where he was part of the Special Forces/101st Airborne Division. He has also served as a rookie firefighter in the Crossett Fire Department and an ambulance attendant in Ashley County, Arkansas. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to helping others led him to establish Harvest Christian University in 2010 and to author "The Best Anger Journal: A 30 Day Cognitive Behavioral Training Experience."

Dr. Robinson's extensive experience includes roles such as Chief Counselor/Executive Director at Greater Dallas LifeSkills, CEO of Innovative LifeSkills Training Center, and Chairman/CEO of Greater Dallas Community Development Corporation. He is also involved in the Community Violence Intervention Project (CVIP) with 16 targeted cities, aligning with US President Joe Biden's initiatives.


Education and Certifications:


Dr. Robinson's educational background includes a Doctorate of Philosophy of Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, a Doctorate of Theological Studies from St. Thomas Christian College, and a Doctorate in Human Arts & Letters from CICA International University & Seminary. He is also a Certified Anger Management Specialist and Trainer (Level 3), a Licensed & Commissioned Chaplain, and holds a Tribal Law Certificate.


Honors and Affiliations:

Throughout his career, Dr. Robinson has held positions such as Honorary Consular General for the Democratic Republic of Congo, General Board Member of the African Chamber of Commerce (D/FW), and Former USA/Canada Ambassador for the African Diaspora Union (AfriDU).

The International Police Organization Academy recognizes Dr. Robinson's outstanding contributions to law enforcement, community service, and education.
